Just because we're having a series of bad days or bad mental health days, it doesn't mean that we're necessarily in crisis or that we don't see that we're in crisis.

You'll see kind of like the minimization of mental health sometimes, where it will use words like, I'm depressed or I have OCD for exhibiting even the most vague symptoms of that mental health disorder.

And a lot of the time we can't see the cohesive overall picture where we're like, okay, this is an actual problem, and we need to get to the root of this problem. We tend to take it on a day-to-day basis. S,o having adults get involved and help us to see the overall picture is really helpful.
